What to expect as a client

I strive to make functional, thoughtful design accessible; thus, it is important to be clear about the services I offer. Here's what you can expect when you get in touch with me about my residential design services.​

Design Development & Construction Drawings

When we choose the design concept direction, I will create construction drawings that we will use for the permitting process. At this stage, I can also obtain engineering sign-offs and building permits on your behalf (you will be billed for these costs). Once the building permits are obtained, and a reliable contractor is secured, you're ready to build!

Experiential Design: I've also designed for internationally-known experiential marketing firms, working with well known brands (e.g., IBM, Mercedes-Benz, Chobani, Cover Girl). I'm always happy to consult with firms, or to work directly with emerging brands looking to make an entry into high-end trade shows or other marketing events.

3D Design & Visualization: One of my favorite activities is to create photo realistic 3D renderings. Whether you're an architecture studio looking to give your clients a better idea of what their finished product will look like, a brand in need of a logo/animation/character design, or a collector on the hunt for custom art, I'd be happy to work with you!
