This event took place at the SF Jazz in San Francisco California. In order to engage the large amount of attendees pre and post show, we extended a large truss structure over the entry side walk and street to house registration and a variety of interactive engagements which focused on IBM offerings. In addition, we also spread out a number of activations throughout both floors of the lobby. During the design and planning process I developed 3D models and renders to illustrate a 360 view of the entire event. This included all the activation placement, graphic placement, outdoor tent structure, and stage and lighting design. I also worked closely with the graphic arts to incorporate a variety of 3D textured polyhedrons into the graphics. We created a variety of polyhedron graphics which we mapped with different textures that represented each of the speakers.
